New! Registering Oceanids Events
As a UC-affiliated support group, Oceanids events are protected by University Liability Policies. Whether the event is a campus meeting, an interest group meeting, a Wednesday Coffee, an All Aboard trip, or any of our planned events such as the Fall Brunch, Theater Event, or Holiday Party, the event must be registered to ensure liability coverage and should be registered AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE the event.
To register your event, simply,

Print the Registration Instructions to have on hand to help you complete the online registration process

Visit: http://ucsd.marshcampusconnexions.com and click on the "Register" tab

Complete the online application using the Registration Instructions above

Print your Certificate of Insurance that will be emailed to you upon completion of the registration of your event

Email or forward the Certificate of Insurance to Jan Ouren, jouren@san.rr.com
