Members can be contacted individually by phone or email and the whole team can be reached by sending email to the PERT mailing list on cc:Mail.

Team Roles

There is no designated team leader or chair. Facilitator and recorder roles are rotated alphabetically from meeting to meeting to give everyone experience and insure no one individual is overly burdened.

PERT Membership Terms of Appointment

Members serve two year terms which change at the beginning of the academic year (September) with staggered rotation to provide continuity. Half the members in the first team will serve a three-year term because of the education required to insure knowledgeable team members.

New members are appointed by Cabinet following a call for expression of interest and recommendation from PERT. Every effort is made to provide a broad ranger of backgrounds and perspective to the team while keeping the group a workable size.
